Tooth Coloured Fillings

Our office provides tooth coloured material for all fillings. We have been mercury free since 1997. Tooth coloured materials are not only more esthetically pleasing but are stronger. They bond to the natural tooth rather than just filling the hole after a cavity is removed.

A crown is a thimble-like cover, which fits over a heavily filled, damaged, or badly stained tooth. It is a recommended treatment option after a root canal.

Crowns strengthen weakened teeth, which are at risk of fracture. These can be gold in color or porcelain to give a more natural appearance.

Complete Dentures & Partial Dentures

Complete Dentures and partial dentures are two common methods of replacing missing teeth. They not only help you to speak, chew and smile optimally, they can help support cheeks and lips to create a more youthful, vibrant appearance.

Dentures are custom made and require several appointments to make. With regular care dentures can last for many years.

It is important to note that even patients with complete dentures should attend the dental office for regular oral tissue exams at least annually.

A bridge is a dental restoration that replaces one or more missing teeth. It extends across an area that has no teeth and is typically made up of an artificial tooth fused between 2 crowns. (A crown is a hollow, artificial tooth that fits over a natural tooth or a dental implant).

The bridge is held firmly in place by your own teeth on each side of the missing one(s) or by dental implants. A bridge is permanent and cannot be removed.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are lab made facings of porcelain that are placed on the front of the teeth to improve the appearance.

Fabricating veneers requires two appointments; the first to prepare the teeth and the second to bond the veneers.

Veneers are used to disguise spaces, chips, mild crowding and wear marks on teeth, and are a fast and easy way to create that perfect smile.
